I have a network of AltaLabs access points that were initially working correctly, but now I’m experiencing a discrepancy: while the devices themselves are operational, the controller incorrectly shows them as “not working.” All APs are configured with static IPs and have internet exposure
Have you already tried physically rebooting the APs, and potentially moving them to another cable/port for testing?

I had this once.
Force refresh the website (CMD+SHIFT+R on MacOS and CTRL+F5 on windows I think)

yes we tried physically rebooting and changing the ports as well
and turns out this happened after the firmware upgrade 2.2k. and this behavior switches between different APs. for an example : today the AP 1 is working but the AP 2 is offline but the next day AP 2 is working but the 1 is not. and this behavior is only for the controller. actual device is working fine
