We installed Starlink access, 15 AP pro, Alta labs switch… Since then our customers have been satisfied.

How did you comply with French guest WiFi regulations? As far as I know, RDPR/CNIL requires saving captive portal logs for 365 days. Are you using syslog or an external captive portal? From what I understand, Alta Labs does not currently offer this feature.
