I went to setup a port forward and noticed I dont have the “Allow/Drop/Deny” buttons in the cloud controller anymore. Is it just me?
They are missing for me as well on Safari on Mac. Does it make sense for them to be there though? I would assume port forward should alway be “allow”…
I do agree - Just delete it and that takes care of that. My concern is uniformity across my rules. Ha. I guess I could just remove my other rules and re-add.
Removal was part of Control update 1.1c:
But, maybe it should be Enable/Disable there instead. And, that would be useful for filter type of rules too, of course.
I feel either or would work. Im assuming this was removed on the cloud controller as well. Thanks for the input guys. Appreciate you both!
Ah, yes, I posted the firmware release notes specific for the On-premises Control H/W, but learned that it was no longer maintained, so edited the previous post two seconds later
This was intentionally removed because those buttons don’t mean or do anything for port forwarding. A toggle to enable/disable would be a good feature request.
We can have a tracker somewhere that shows when feature requests get implemented? That list is REALLY long at this point.
