Thank you for the tip. Today I had more time and dedicated it to thoroughly checking, but unfortunately there’s no activity on the AdGuard server. To be honest, I’m not even sure if it’s working at all from the router’s side 
After restarting the router, the certificate is no longer present in the /etc/ipsec.d/certs directory on the router.
