Adding this as a seperate request but the need to run PCAP from the web UI to better understand if there are any type of degraded services going on.
either if you make it as a downloadable pcap file or if you integrate it in the ui for direct analyze.

Being an MSP Packet capture feature available remotely via the cloud UI is a game changer. Even better if you can also add filters
It’s ONE of the main reasons why I push Meraki so heavily!
