Access Points Crashing since 2.2k Firmware Upgrade

Hi,

I have a meshed WiFi setup consisting of the following:

Root AP (AP6-PRO) - Hardwired into network
Extender AP (AP6-PRO) - Meshed to Root AP
Extender AP (AP6-PRO-OUTDOOR) - Meshed to Root AP

Since the 2.2k firmware updated, WiFi has been crashing on a regular basis. Either some of the meshed APs loose connectivity or the whole WiFi goes down, to the point where the blue light on the Root AP is off and I have to unplug and plug back in. I am certain this has been happening since the 2.2k update, nothing else had changed before things started crashing. I adjusted the 5Ghz channel just to rule that out but it still crashes.

Could anyone help and advise?

I’m surprised this has gone five days without a reply. While mine are not crashing, I’m having issues with devices remaining connected since the update. Additionally, none of my access points are meshed.

Please reach out to support@alta.inc to further investigate this issue.

This isn’t really a surprise due to the holiday weekend, but we’re still sorry that we couldn’t get to this sooner.
