Access local devices when connected through WireGuard

I’ve just enabled wireguard on my route10(v1.4f), my setup is pretty much default on the router, main network is on 192.168.1.1/24 and I’ve set the wireguard subnet to 192.168.2.1/24

my phone connects to wireguard fine, and has ip 192.168.2.2, and can connect to the internet, and can ping the router on 192.168.1.1 and get a response

but I cant ping my homelab server thats running on 192.168.1.128 nor connect to any of the services running on it (homepage, arr, etc.) (I also have pihole running on this server which is my dns server set on the router)

is there some configuration that I’ve missed to enable access to local devices?

Have you tried setting your pihole dns for the wire guard server. That’s how I have mine configured and it works fine. Do you by chance have any firewall rules that might be blocking anything?

I set it to the pihole server and its still not able to ping local devices (though im not sure why that would fix that specific issue). and I don’t think I have any specific firewall rules set, I haven’t messed about with firewall rules on the router nor on my homelab server at all
