Sorry if this has been asked before, I don’t see a “search” feature in this forum. The [A] logo on my S8-POE switch was red, post firmware updates as called for in the app, it is now blinking blue twice and repeating. I can’t find anywhere that lists what that means. Is there a reference to the various blinking lights and colors and their meaning?

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, my app does not have the same magnifying glass icon anywhere. The article you referenced I had looked at previously and doesn’t describe blinking blue twice. Searching “help” under my account icon also goes to the generic Alta Labs help site but I am unable to search for my display. What is wildly interesting, Is after about 3 hours, I just walked in from mowing the yard and it is solid white as I would expect. Perhaps that was in indicator that the firmware update was installing. Took a crazy long time to do whatever it was doing. I would still love a legend of colors and blink cycles if anyone has seen it.
Out of curiosity, what app are you using to interact in the forum? I use Chrome on Android here, so no specific app, except for Chrome of course. Just to make sure, I also checked and found the magnifying glass on Dolphin, Firefox, Brave and Opera browsers for Android.

Perhaps Alta could extend that help center article with possible additional LED blink combos.
Apologies, I was using the Alta Labs App to interface with the switch and didn’t realize you were referring to the forum search integration. If I would have just looked at the screenshot better, I would have caught that. Thanks for that. I don’t know why I didn’t look at the top menu. I guess I figured search would be within the specific forum topic.
