I can say from my experience that I have had pretty solid experiences with Alta. I do remote consulting and customers appreciate how easy it is to get the devices up and running.
I think you guys are doing a fantastic job, and the fact that you guys actually take time out of your day to respond to people in the forum and help work through issues for free is fantastic.
