I am supremely, apocalyptically lazy with my network config. I cannot be bothered to maintain an external IPAM for all of my Alta Labs sites, especially where I’m assigning Static IPs to things.
It would be nice if, somewhere in the controller, I could track IP use for subnets on VLANs - both for reserved IPs in subnets with DHCP pools, and IP
MVP for this would just be a list of IPs and with a textbox each. Really dumb and simple, I just want to know that 192.168.10.3 is bastion.int.example.com.
Eventually this could be used to build firewall lists/populate DNS/etc, maybe make it easy to set IPSec traffic selectors for s2s VPNs for those of us who don’t use the automagic.
