SFP port does not work till reinserted

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue where if I restart (at the mains) both my fiber ONT and route10 at the same time, the SFP port lights up briefly and then goes dark. I have to reinsert the SFP module before the WAN connection can be established.

However if I power on the ONT first and then route10, the WAN connection is automatically reestablished.

SFP module connected to W2, single connection only. SFP port is set manually to negotiate at 10gbps
