Route10 - Nebie issues

Doing a prebuild before I swap out my home network. So I have started with the Route10 and failed miserably. I can connect PPPoE on Wan1 and Wan2 (Via Cisco SFP @ 1GB) Both local connect via PC and Bluetooth tell me to upgrade the Router. Initially press the @Up Arrow@ to perform upgrade. No Up Arrow seen on the initial GUI. Follow the Bluetooth connection via app. It askes me to connect a working Internet connection to Wan1 (This is configured via PPPoE) and worked. I pull the Power chord out the back, Press the reset button on the front and hold it in, Insert the power chord again and release Reset Button when the top led Lights up. All I get is the Logo blinking RED . I have even connected my old Synology network to port Wan1 but we have IP clash with two devices now on 192.168.1.1 (Synology Router and Route10) I have looked for the quick start guide and cant find one. I have downloaded the QSG for the Switches that I have yet to unpack. What have i done wrong?

Please complete the ISP setup with your PPPoE connection, and then visit the controller at https://manage.alta.inc. You should see a purple Setup button which will adopt the Route10 to your site. From there, you should be able to upgrade the firmware.
