Hi Alta Labs Team,

Although Alta Labs already offers the AP6W, I would like to suggest developing a more compact **86 × 86 mm in-wall Wi-Fi 7 access point** , with a slim design similar to standard wall plates.

**Proposed hardware variants:**

**1. In-Wall AP with RJ45 Ports**

- 1 × RJ45 uplink with PoE input.
- 2 × RJ45 downlink ports, with at least one supporting PoE output to power compatible devices.
- Ports positioned neatly on the lower section or side of the unit to maintain a clean appearance.

**2. In-Wall AP without Additional RJ45 Ports**

- 1 × concealed RJ45 uplink with PoE input.
- No RJ45 downlink ports on the front face, providing a minimalist appearance.

**Interchangeable Faceplate Options:**

- Matte white
- Graphite black
- Champagne gold
- Titanium grey

The faceplates should be easy to replace and available separately, allowing integrators to match the access point with different interior designs without changing the hardware.

**Applications:** Villas, apartments, hotels, serviced apartments, student accommodation, offices, schools, hospitals and other hospitality and commercial projects.

This product would complement the existing AP6W by offering a smaller form factor, flexible Ethernet connectivity and customizable finishes for projects where both performance and aesthetics matter.

Can I ask what the priority of 6 GHz is for you in a product like this?
