Unfortunately, no IP address is displayed for wired devices, neither in the cloud nor in the IOS app.
Do these devices have a STATIC IP address assigned? Or running their own DHCP SERVER?
IIRC, you only see IP addresses assigned by the route 10
Devices get the IP addresses from the router (dhcp)
If you click the device’s icon on the far left, you could add an IP address to the client directly. This is a statically allocated DHCP lease from the Route10. I believe @Quackers is referring to another report that was sort of resolved by doing this.
I don’t have route10 I use the internet provider’s router
