We migrated our Wi-Fi from Ubiquiti a little over a year ago, and everything has been working great until recently. We still use Ubiquiti for our router and most of our switches, but none of our Wi-Fi equipment is Ubiquiti anymore.

Ever since the latest firmware update, our APs have been behaving very strangely. They randomly stop communicating and show as disconnected, seemingly for no reason.

We have already tried the **Reset on Power** recovery procedure, which booted the AP into failsafe mode, downloaded the latest firmware, and allowed us to set it up again through the app. Unfortunately, the same issue continues even after going through that entire process.

The behavior is completely random. Some APs will run perfectly fine for 12+ hours before suddenly disconnecting, while others might only stay connected for 4 hours before doing the same thing.

We’ve tried just about everything we can think of, including manually configuring the Wi-Fi channels on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, but nothing seems to make a difference.

At this point, we’re running out of ideas. The system was stable for over a year, and these problems only started after the latest update, so we’re strongly suspecting a firmware-related issue.

Would it be possible for someone from the support team to remotely connect, review the configuration and logs, and help us figure out what’s going on? We’d really appreciate some assistance getting everything stable again.

I have the exact same problem since 27 Oct 2026. Will an update be released to fix the problem or is there some guidance on how to re-configure the AP?
