Block Application per VLAN using DPI

Hi everyone,

First of all, I’d like to say how much I appreciate the Block Application feature based on DPI — it’s a very powerful tool and extremely useful in many environments.

I have a suggestion that I believe would make it even more effective:

It would be great if application blocking rules could be assigned per VLAN.

For example, when I create a Guest VLAN, I’d like to be able to block specific apps or categories (e.g. streaming, social media, gaming) only within that VLAN, without affecting the rest of the network. This would allow much more granular control and make network management more flexible in multi-user environments.

Is this something that could be considered for future development?

I believe many administrators would benefit from this enhancement.

Thanks for the great work so far, and looking forward to any feedback!
