Auto enroll by serial number

Hello , It would be nice to be able to pre-enroll devices by serial number. On first boot the device could try to connect to an auto config server to verify if it was pre enrolled. The config would point to a cloud console tenant or could point to an arbitrary address + port for potential future self hosted solution. The port part is important, do not expect default port to be used all the time .
