Hello, I am receiving email notices of this daily, when I log into [manage.alta.inc](http://manage.alta.inc) everything appears to be online. My setup is a S24-POE switch with x2 hardwired AP’s.

Following the forum I have turned off mesh and set my AP’s to 1GBPS + reviewed interference and changed the channels etc

@Alta-Jeff @Alta-Matt_v2 is this something you could log into and help solve?

I’d check if the AP is rebooting (check uptime) and if there is any loss of Ethernet for the connected switch.

Either could indicate a cable issue.

If you are still getting disconnect messages, please reach out to support and we’d be happy to take a closer look.
