Trying to setup a new ap6 pro on a local controller. I have 1 ap6pro which has been running for months, trying to add a second and it isn’t working. I.clock setup in the controller and then it just shows disconnected and never connects. The AP is 2.2k.and controller is 1.1v but same with previous version I just tried updated. I have tried a por with not difference. Any ideas?

have you tried power on reset and let it download firmware ?
Yes, por and regular reset. Por is the only way I could get it past 1.x rev when I first bought it last week.
i litterly just added 2 ap . route 10 all to alta control .. but now alta control down .. unplug hold reset until light turns on then release reset wait like 5 mins then go to control and devices
I’m still stuck here. Por not regular reset will work. I hit setup and just disconnected every time
Is Control and the AP on the same VLAN?
If they aren’t, you may need to go to the AP’s IP address in a web browser, and configure it to use the controller’s URL, then hit Set Up on the device. If you still have problems, could you invite me, and I can take a look?
I have tried using the webpage to connect as well. Currently it says it is managed by the controller after I hit setup on the controller. I have no VLANs setup and plugged right into the same alta switch the controller is.
It shows in the map view that the ap is to.the left of the switch while the other AP is tomthe right. Does the configuration for some reason think the new switch is like a router or something causing this issue?
Were you able to invite me to your site? That will help me understand why the AP might be going disconnected after you set it up.
