is there a plug in called Alta Ops? When i navigate to manage.alta.inc i see it shows plug in download?

It’s Chrome allowing you to basically download manage.alta.inc as a cached web app on your system. It functions exactly the same as manage.alta.inc but can load faster because it will be cached.
