Add BANIP for Block/Allow Domain, ASN, Country and Block List

Can Alta take a look at adding something Like BAN IP functionality to allow user to block/allow specific domains, block lists and ASN.

Will need a GUI componet for management,

I would vote for support of rules based on named ipsets. You may already be planning this as the route10 includes netfilter support.

This should allow blocklists to be update as needed.
